Service Description

Horoscope Boutique ("the Service") is a subscription-based astrology platform operated by Maelstrom LLC. The Service provides daily horoscopes, natal chart reports, monthly forecasts, and educational content about astrology. Content is generated using real astronomical data interpreted by AI language models.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe to the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18.

Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information including your email address and birth date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and session. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed weekly through Square. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If payment fails three times consecutively, your account will be downgraded to the free tier automatically.

Content and Intellectual Property

All horoscope text, natal chart interpretations, forecasts, and educational content are the property of Maelstrom LLC. You may share your personal horoscope readings for non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell Service content in bulk.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically download Service content; (d) use the Service to make medical, legal, or financial decisions; (e) circumvent rate limits or access controls.

Content Limitations

Astrology content provided by the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind. The Service does not claim to predict specific events or outcomes. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will permanently remove your personal data from our systems.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Maelstrom LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on astrological content for decision-making.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
